Kindermusik® Classroom Policies
In order for NoteAble Difference to provide you with the best services possible, we ask that
you review these policies before your first class
Commitment:  By enrolling in a class with NoteAble Difference you are making a
commitment for the semester.  We are making a commitment to provide you with the
highest quality music instruction.  Your enrollment for the semester means that you
are committed to attending your designated weekly time, which has been saved for
your family.  Once the semester begins, no one can fill your child's spot in his/her
absence; therefore, we encourage regular attendance.

Tuition:  A Non-refundable registration deposit is due upon registration to reserve a
space for your child.  Tuition is paid on a semester basis.  It can be paid in full upon
registration, or may be paid in two equal installments.  The first installment is due
before or on the first day of class.  The second installment is due before or on the third
day of class.  Delaying payments by 30 days will incur a $10 late fee.  Payments may
be m
ade online at our registration site, by phone, or by check sent via mail.  If
payments are mailed, all payments must be mailed in advance so that they are
received by the required due-dates.  If you fail to complete the semester, tuition is still
due in full.   If you cancel your child's registration two weeks in advance before the
class start date, you will not be obligated to pay the tuition fee; however, the
registration deposit is non-refundable.  No refunds are available once the semester
begins.

Punctuality:  NoteAble Difference values your time.  We will be conscientious in
beginning and ending classes on time.  We appreciate your punctuality!  We ask that
you do not enter class more than 15 minutes late so that the class progress is not
interrupted.

Make-Ups:  If you miss a class, please refer to your semester class schedule for
additional class times.  You may schedule a make-up by calling first, to make sure there
is space availability.  Make-ups must be scheduled within two weeks.  All make-ups
must occur within the semester and cannot be carried over into another semester.

Younger Siblings:  If your infant is small enough to remain in a carrier, he/she is
welcome to attend class with you and your child.  We want your class to be a special
time of interaction between you and your enrolled child.  If you find that it is
distracting for your enrolled child to have your infant with you, you must make
childcare arrangements. All siblings are welcome the last 10 minutes of
Imagine That
and Young Child.  The Family Time class accommodates all ages.

Classroom Etiquette:  Please help us minimize class distractions by turning off cell
phones and by placing personal objects in the designated areas.  Please remove your
shoes as well as your child's shoes for class time and place them in the designated area.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the classroom.  It is strongly recommended to
leave sippy cups, pacifiers, and favorite toys at home or in your car.  Your child needs
to have both hands available to hold and manipulate instruments and to fully
participate in activities.

KangaZoom and Pump It Up Facility Etiquette:  Kindermusik class fees are
separate from
KangaZoom and Pump It Up play and party center fees.  Both locations
offer a reduced rate for all Kindermusik class participants to jump the day of class.

Teacher Absence/Illness:  In the even of teacher absence of illness you may have a
substitute teach your class or you may get a call postponing your class   If class is
postponed,  then the semester will be extended by one week.
Music Therapy Policies
Payments:  Music therapy session payments must be received within 15 days of
receiving an invoice.
